Scheduling on the project includes activities to determine the period of project activities that must be completed, raw materials, labor and time required by each activity. The methods used are the Project Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) and the Critical Path Method (CPM), which are methods used to improve the quality of project planning and control. In using the Project Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) and Critical Path Method (CPM) on the RPS building of SMK Telkom Malang, what is done is to detail the plan and sequence of work activities, calculate the normal time (m), determine the optimistic time (a), and pessimistic time (b) on each job, and use the Microsoft Project 2013 application with data input consisting of the time required to complete each job, the amount of labor, the amount of material and labor required, as well as the sequence of activities and the dependency relationship between activities. The results of critical trajectory planning in the construction of the RPS building of SMK Telkom Malang are the Total Float (TF) value is 0, the construction time is 664 days. The acceleration result obtained is 626 days with a probability of 99.18%. Cost efficiency of Rp. 19,557,333.46 with an acceleration of 38 days.
