Population growth and economic development in Bekasi City are quite high so that the activities and movements of residents are increasing. Along with economic growth and development, it has an impact on increasing daily traffic movements and numbers, even congestion is unavoidable in Bekasi City, especially on the Bekasi - Cawang - Kampung Melayu section which is the link between Bekasi City in West Java Province and Kampung Melayu City in East Jakarta. . The construction of the Becakayu Toll Road is one solution to overcome the congestion that occurs in the connecting area between these regions. Through initial observations carried out on the Becakayu toll road, data was obtained that since its operation for 5 months, the realization of daily traffic volume is in the range of 9,000-11,000 vehicles per day. While the estimated average daily traffic (LHR) at the beginning of its operation is planned at 29,800 vehicles. This means that this figure is only around 30% of the initial estimate contained in the Toll Road Concession Agreement (PPJT). This is influenced by the lack of interest of toll road users, because the applicable toll rates are considered too high. Therefore, an ideal toll tariff adjustment is needed to increase the interest of toll road users. So that the realization of daily traffic volume (LHR) is in accordance with the initial estimate in the PPJT. Based on the results of research that has been carried out on the Bekasi – Cawang – Kampung Melayu Toll Road Section. With the BKBOK value approach where the maximum toll tariff is 70% of the value of Vehicle Operational Costs (BOK). Therefore, the Becakayu section IB and IC toll rates for Group I are IDR 5,620/vehicle or a decrease of 60% from the initial applicable tariff. Category II is IDR 7,111,-/vehicle, a decrease of 66% from the initial applicable tariff. Category III is IDR 14,432/vehicle, a decrease of 48% from the initial applicable tariff. Category IV is Rp 15,965,-/vehicle, down 54% from the initial applicable tariff. Class V of Rp 18,656,-/vehicle, down 56% from the initial applicable tariff. So it is necessary to adjust the applicable tariffs. So that it can increase the interest of toll road users, and reduce the risk of traffic jams on non-toll or non-toll roads.
